Helping families just like yours
Who Are We...
During my sixteen years in this field I have had the pleasure of starting two Baby Net/ Early Intervention programs (Nevada & Washington) as well as overseeing the Early Intervention program for the entire state of Georgia. During that time I have helped a thousand plus families just like yours to realize and reach their full potential. If you want to give your child the best start in life, contact us today and see how we can help you.
My name is Sally Cannon. The founder and owner of ABC Early Intervention. With over 25 years of enriching experience in the field of education, I am a dedicated and passionate professional who has devoted the majority of my career to nurturing young minds. My journey has been marked by an unwavering commitment to fostering the growth and development of children aged 0-3 years, particularly those facing developmental delays.
My profound interest in early childhood education led me to specialize in working with children who require additional support in their developmental journey. For the past 16 years, guiding and empowering children with developmental delays, helping them overcome challenges and achieve significant milestones. The satisfaction of witnessing a child's progress, no matter how small, has been the driving force behind my work. There is no greater joy than hearing a child say their first word or take their first step!
Even though my Masters in Early Childhood Education has provided me with a deep theoretical foundation and a comprehensive understanding of the intricacies of child development, my true experience has come from 16 years of experience working with families just like yours. Helping thousands of families tackle every day challenges and struggles and to be able to come out the other side smiling is the reason why I love what I do.
My approach is characterized by a harmonious blend of empathy, innovation, and professionalism. I am not only deeply caring and compassionate towards the children and families I work with, but also highly skilled in utilizing creative teaching methods to engage and inspire.
I have attended numerous trainings and conferences ranging from Autism, Ages & Stages Questionnaire, Parents Interacting with Infants, Pyramid Model (behaviors) Promoting First Relationships and Home Visit Rating Scales (HOVRS). My goal is to contribute to a brighter future for our youngest learners, enabling them to flourish and become confident, capable individuals.
I am excited to connect and share my wealth of knowledge and experience with you. Together, we can continue to create a nurturing and enriching environment where every child can thrive.
Sally

Questions & Answers
Milestones
As children grow and develop they learn new skills everyday. Smiling, waving bye, saying their first word and taking their first step are all examples of milestones. If you have concerns that your child is not reaching their milestones, feel free to give us a call and see if we can help you. One screening can make a world of difference!
